                               Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Professional - Part Time

Our client is an established distributor located in the Milwaukee area. This company is interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as an Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Professional - Part Time.

The Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Professional - Part Time will be a part of the customer service team. This person will be responsible for handling the administrative work related to completing customers’ orders. This includes meeting with the customer to figure out financing options, completing sales transactions, answering phones, and greeting customers.  

This person will work up to 4 days per week, including Saturdays. Hours may vary.

Qualification Include:


  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • 7 or more years’ experience in an administrative/receptionist type role
  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in retail is a plus.
