Job Description:
                                                               Administrative Assistant

Our client, one of Wisconsin’s largest healthcare providers, is interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as an Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for sending meeting invites for training sessions, managing a list of individuals needed to train, and tracking/adding Peer Support training participants to the MS Teams site, MS Outlook distribution list, meeting invites, etc.

Duties include assisting in managing Peer Support training schedules, monthly didactics planning, coordinating badge distribution with sites, creating zoom links, coordinating scheduling for trainings, didactic, and consultation calls. This person will answer calls during workday for Peer Support requests, assist with development of PowerPoint presentations, support promotional work for projects, and scheduling executive/team member presentations.

The ideal candidate will support the Peer Support Program and have a sense of calming /emotional awareness to handle employees in crisis, and should be comfortable interviewing with groups and individuals via zoom/video.

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent knowledge) or related field.
  • Experience with support programs.
  • Knowledge of MS Teams site, SharePoint, MS Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, computer, verbal and written skills.
