Our client is a private religious school in Wisconsin, active for over 50 years. This highly reputable organization serves over 120 children, and is mainstay in the community. This school fully accredited, PAVE partner school, is interviewing qualified candidates to join their staff as an Administrative Coordinator.
The Administrative Coordinator will complete the average front office operations for the school. This includes facilitating events/campaigns, running the school’s social media and all other online communication, filing annual accreditation reports, communicating with parents, and maintaining contact database. This person will facilitate daily health screening form sign-ups, oversee lunch sign-ups, administers weekly school supply orders and inventory, manage school communications, time critical information, leadership and education improvement ideas, students’ accomplishments, school events, and fundraising campaigns.
Other duties for this position include writing grant-proposals and research, helping with fundraising and development, scheduling and coordinating meetings(staff, parents, and other), designing school communication materials such as event flyers, weekly newsletters, school plans and other official school communication.
The ideal candidate will coordinate major school activities and events, serve as the point person for parents on any school related inquiries, and assist with Board communication.
