Bilingual Administrative Assistant – Municipal Department
Our client is a municipal department in the Milwaukee area. This company is currently interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant.
The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to individuals applying for various housing programs. This individual will respond to routine and non-routine program inquiries from applicants and others.
Duties include responding to inquiries, screening applicants, performing rent calculations, verifying applicant information, and performing standard office tasks. This person will review documents for accuracy, prepare/send mail, provide customer service to applicants, screen applicants for initial eligibility for housing programs, processes applications, collect and verify employment, landlord, and related applicant information to ensure accuracy and completeness of housing program applications.
