Client Services Administrator
Our client, a privately owned portfolio management firm, is interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as a Client Services Administrator.
This person will be responsible for answering phones, delegating inquiries from clients, and scheduling appointments. Other tasks involve preparing for client meetings, taking necessary follow-up actions, and updating prospect lists/pending business lists. This individual will help with any foundation establishments, set up all new accounts and facilitate money movements to funds.
Other duties involve coordinating new 401k plan participants, rollovers, and withdrawals. Daily tasks may include overseeing license renewals, handling address changes, confirm processing, and processing claims.
Salary for this position: $50,000 - $55,000
