                                                          Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our client is a well-established insurance agency and has had long term success within its niche field. This reliable company is currently interviewing qualified candidates for a Commercial Lines Account Manager position.

The Commercial Lines​ Account Manager will be responsible for ongoing management of commercial clients, retention of new and renewal clients, maintaining a partnership with the producer to support business development activities, and upholding high service standards.

Duties include assisting with marketing & remarketing activities, managing established book of accounts, negotiating renewals for existing customers, cross selling products to potential customers, resolving customer issues, obtaining information and documentation from new & existing clients, some face to face customer contact, reimbursed local travel, and maintaining relationships with multiple insurance companies/MGAs to negotiate and obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, etc.

 Qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management and / or CL CSA experience.
  • High School diploma; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Insurance agent’s license required. 
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • TAM/Applied Systems software proficiency strongly preferred / required.
