Compensation Analyst

Our client is the nation’s largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles. This company is interviewing candidates to join their team as a Compensation Analyst.

The Compensation Analyst will conduct market research analysis to ensure compensation programs are competitive and just. Duties will include estimating, creating, and delimiting market values for salaried jobs, processing annual merit globally, and auditing employee eligibility.   

Qualification Include:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field  
  • Five or more years of relevant experience
  • Experience in salary structure development, job evals, and market analysis
  • Ability to build relationships with internal partners and be a team player  
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
