Job Description:

                                                               Investment Compliance Coordinator

Our client is an investment advisory and money management firm that manages assets and retirement funds using fixed income products.  Due to recent growth, this employer is interviewing candidates for a key position on the administrative team.

The Investment​ Compliance Coordinator will be a hybrid role, providing administrative support to the compliance department and the general office. Duties include researching changes in investment banking practices, performing governmental filings, and tracking regulatory risks. This person will assist the Investment Banking team to ensure all business practices adhere to industry regulations.

Other tasks involve document production and providing client support as needed. This will involve running reports and assisting with the creation of presentation materials. This individual will also manage office inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and other daily administrative duties as directed by the Managing Partners.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • A minimum of two years working in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing findings
  • Excellent organizational, computer, oral and written skills.
