Job Description

                                                Construction Administrative Assistant

Our Client was recently named as one of the “Top 100 Best Places to Work” in the US; this Milwaukee based utility company boasts an extremely employee-oriented work environment. This premier employer is currently interviewing for the role of Construction Administrative Assistant.

The Construction Administrative Assistant will facilitate and support all clerical functions and daily operations of the electronic construction department and service center. Responsibilities will include maintaining construction job files, responding to staff and contractor inquiries, as well as processing permit requests.

In this role this person will verify and maintain records, process invoices and purchasing orders and preparing correspondence and reports as needed.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of related administrative experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills
