Construction Project Coordinator
Our client is a municipal department in the Milwaukee area. This company is currently interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as a Construction Project Coordinator.
The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the project management team in documentation, material procurement, bidding, cost control, expediting, safety and administrative duties. This individual will also assist the Project Manager in with all tasks related to contract documents, shop drawings, subcontract documentation, contract maintenance and other project information.
Duties include organizing information for the preparation of project reports and performing safety review of all job sites. This person will assist with monitoring cash flow, client relations, and early recognition of project problems.
