Job Description
                                                       Customer Care One Representative

Our client is a leading manufacturer of recreational vehicles. This company is currently looking for qualified candidates to join their team as a Customer Care One Representative.

The Customer Care One Representative will be responsible for taking the lead to manage incoming customer inquiries (mainly focused on correspondences versus the phone) through various channels. This includes interaction with all levels of internal stakeholders using a professional demeanor. This person will handle incoming correspondence, leveraging systems and internal and external stakeholders to answer questions.

Duties include entering customer information into the databases, answering low level customer concerns and questions, and maintaining contact lists. This person will also maintain a filing system, submit, or reconcile various reports, and provide information by answering questions/requests.

The ideal candidate will ensure that customers receive a timely and quality response to their inquiry.

Qualifications include:

  • High School or equivalent is required.
  • 2 or more years of Customer Service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
