Job Description:

                                                                 Dealer Services Representative

Our client is one of the nation’s largest manufacturers of recreational vehicles. This company is interviewing qualified candidates to join their Customer Support Center. The hired individual will serve as a frontline representative to their dealer network.

The Dealer Services Representative will be responsible for responding to a variety of inquiries, helping solve problems with shipments to dealers, and providing complete documentation of issues and requests. This person will interact with a variety of individuals through various communication channels to promptly resolve problems and communicate trends with management.

Duties include working with multiple departments to access available information, gathering data, and meeting or exceeding metrics for customer service quality. This person will be an integral part of the Customer Support Center, fielding calls and questions from the dealer network.

 
Qualifications Include:


  • Three or more years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with a distribution or manufacturing company
  • Previous experience providing technical support, account management, or relationship management services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Availability to work a rotating shift, including some Saturdays.
