Job Description:

                                                                  Digital Account Manager

Our client is a well-respected multinational, multimedia entertainment company. This employer has expanded to the New York market and is interviewing qualified candidates to join their winning team a Digital Account Manager.

This person will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and management in the post-sale process. This involves collaborating with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and according to client expectations. Additional tasks involve supporting the digital sales team by monitoring projects, updating the Salesforce database, and entering billing information.

Other duties include implementing any necessary adjustments to the campaigns, overseeing all details related to the sales process such as copy, liability reports, and pacing. This person will interpret and communicate delivery reports while troubleshooting any timeline issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related program; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in Account Management with an agency or publisher
  • Knowledge of sourcing channels and social media vehicles
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, verbal & written communication skills.
