Digital Support Representative

The Digital Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support for new technology-based products. This will include engaging with customers and dealership personnel to assist them with questions and concerns they may have regarding the company’s digital technology (mobile apps and digital products).
This individual will build brand advocates by engaging with consumers in a positive manner and working with team members to solve problems that may not have an established resolution method. Ideal candidates will have a passion for digital technology, a dedication to delivering world-class customer experience, and the willingness to stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry.
Strong written communication, customer service skills, and time management skills will be crucial to success in this role. The Digital Support Representative will provide a seamless customer experience through expertise, ownership, accountability, responsiveness, multitasking, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
