Our client is a regional utility company with an extremely employee-oriented work environment. This premier employer is currently interviewing candidates for a long-term contract assignment (six months).
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for running and issuing reports related to construction projects. This will include maintaining data files, drafting correspondence, and assisting with calendaring for management level individuals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with confidential information including vendor pricing and performance.
Duties include providing administrative support to a team of individuals in the assigned business unit, setting up and proofreading contracts, and scheduling meetings across departments.
