Job Description

                                                  HRIS Analyst 

Our client is the nation’s largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles. This company is interviewing candidates to join their team as a HRIS Analyst.

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for researching and implementing continuous improvement in areas related to improving manual labor and business results. This person will act as the primary source for sharing information with functioning areas and stakeholders.

Duties include, but are not limited to, working with IT and Human Resources to create business systems and solutions, while ensuring that systems will continue with ongoing accuracy. In this role, this person will lead all project implementation phases including design, problem solving, and testing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 – 5 years of SAP, ECC and/or Success Factors Employee Central/ Compensation, or related experience

  • Experience with benefits modules within an HRIS platform
  • Managing system compensation and benefits processes
  • Strong background in Human Resources and Information Systems
  • Proficient knowledge of process design and data reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead technology projects          
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
