Investments Administrative Assistant
Our client, a privately-owned portfolio management firm, is looking to add an Investments Administrative Assistant on to its team. This is a unique opportunity to begin as an administrative representative and grow within the organization, working directly with the President and Owner.
The Investments Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work on various marketing and business plan projects. Responsibilities for this position include assisting with processing applications, participating in the client review process, and servicing financial planning to designated clientele. Additional duties involve sending marketing packets to prospective clients, assisting in product research, and providing daily administrative support to the team.
