                                                                    Marketing Manager

Our client is the premier insurance agency group in the United States. This independent insurance company serves as a liaison to bring business opportunities to smaller and independently owned brokerage firms. This reputable employer is currently interviewing candidates to join their team as a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for interviewing, hiring and training sales representatives throughout the United States. This will include developing training programs, setting sales goals, and overseeing the performance of the team.


Qualification Include:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in the commercial insurance industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the independent insurance agency system
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide a team to successful sales records
  • Ability to travel nationwide (10%)
