                                                                                  Network Architect

Our client is a leading healthcare facility and teaching hospital in Southeastern Wisconsin. This innovative hospital is currently looking for qualified candidates to join their team as Network Architect.

The Network Architect will be responsible for the strategic design of a variety of networking technologies. This involves applying advanced IT architecture concepts, governing techniques to function as the highest-level technical expert, and staying abreast of existing and emerging technologies. Ultimately, this person will work on network platforms within the overall enterprise architecture.

Duties include interfacing with multiple teams such as Infrastructure, Security, and Application Development to design cutting-edge computer networks. An ideal candidate will provide architectural and governance leadership for planning, designing, and supporting of existing network services to a Network model. This network is reliant on solutions fostering recent network trends, lower complexity, lower cost of support, and comprehensive acceptance of standards and policies.


  • 5+ years of IT Network Engineering experience, Enterprise Architecture Framework Certification (TOGAF, EA3, Zachman, etc.) preferred.

  • ​Archimate, or formal modeling experience at the very least. Must be able to create/build in-depth models.

  • Ability to apply business and technical insights to gather business requirements and produce blueprints for integrated work.

  • Experience explaining technical topics to those without a technical background.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
