Our client is a regional utility company with an extremely employee-oriented work environment. This premier employer is currently interviewing candidates for an Office Assistant position in the Waukesha area.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various types of clerical functions in support of the day-to-day operations. This person will handle data entry and maintain customer contact. The ability to multi-task is essential, as this person will be required to work in multiple software programs simultaneously.
Duties include setting up and maintaining files for projects, responding to customer and contractor inquiries, and verifying records as needed. This person will be tasked with providing support to the team, preparing correspondence and reports, and various other general office duties.
