As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls, collaborate with various departments, and independently resolve both routine and complex issues. Your strong communication skills, technical expertise, and in-depth knowledge of products and services will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to resolve customer and dealer concerns, interacting with internal stakeholders.
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries with the ability to make independent decisions.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (flexible shifts available).
