- Managing all financial operations, financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
- Overseeing inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and management of inventory assets.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP to maintain the accuracy of financial statements, payroll taxes, benefits, and tax compliance regulations.
- Monitoring all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
- Preparing internal reports, financial statements, and reconciliations, emphasizing the impact of inventory management on financial performance.
- Maintaining internal control safeguards to safeguard revenue, managing costs, and overseeing team and organizational budgets, with an inventory-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and its application in inventory management.
- Proficiency in detailed financial data analysis, finance, banking processes, payroll taxes, benefits, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with accounting software applications and inventory management systems.
