Our client is a leading manufacturer in Southeastern Wisconsin. This industry leader is currently looking for qualified candidates for an Exceptions Analyst.
The Exceptions Analyst will be the Subject Matter Expert for all end to end Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes. This person will also provide recommendations and implement solutions focused on reducing/eliminating similar errors.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and Tracking business process metrics/errors.
- Recommending improvements to support end to end OTC flow processes.
- Performing root cause analysis and finding system errors.
- Addressing SAP exceptions in a timely fashion.
- Analyzing Primary KPI’s and time to resolution based on sustainable process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of both standard work process and SAP system process.
- Experience with end to end OTC flow processes (the dealer ordering process for various types of parts, stock levels, the inventory control processes, pick/pack/ship material movement, invoicing, and reference & transactional data to support SAP (SD-OTC) problem solving initiatives).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
