Patient Portal Representative
Our client, one of Wisconsin’s largest healthcare providers, is interviewing qualified candidates for a 6-month assignment to join their team as a Patient Portal Representative.
The Patient Portal Representative will be assisting patients who are using the Live Well apps that allow patients to schedule appointments online, pay bills, message their physicians, review lab results etc.
Duties include working in a timely manner with high volume calls, investigating, and responding to phone call requests and messages. This person will possess excellent computer and technical skills
