Our client is a leading manufacturer in Southeastern Wisconsin. This Fortune 500 Company is currently interviewing qualified candidates for a key role on the project management and development team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for working with dealers to implement programs and integrating with field sales managers. This involves on-boarding, day to day consultation with distributors to improve their business through education and tool usage, and guiding dealers from implementation to execution of new and existing programs.
Duties include submitting periodic team progress reports to management, leading cross-functional teams, and developing clear and concise communications related to insights and implications. This person will integrate data from relevant sources to identify challenges, opportunities, and implications for achieving business goals. Additional tasks will involve weekend program support of high priority issues, and working cross functionally with the project team to optimize program efficiency.
Administrative support of projects and programs will include leading weekly meetings to track and report team progress, and providing structured team tracking tools. This individual will ensure corporate processes and valued behaviors are followed.
