Sales Administrator- Government Contracts

Our client is a global leader and provider of commercial and military aircraft aftermarket services. This highly-regarded company is dedicated to customer service excellence and strives to exceed customer’s expectations. They are currently interviewing candidates for a key Sales Administrator position.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing daily quote activities, solicitation review processes, and order fulfillment with customers in government sectors. To build and maintain strong customer relationships, this individual will work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient customer service.

Duties include monitoring scheduled shipment dates, overseeing timely delivery. This person will process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner. The ability to meet deadlines is very important in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Five or more years’ experience in Defense Industry Aftermarket Sales
  • Knowledge of Defense terminology, such as FARS/DFARS, Exostar, HIS, Customer Portals, NSN’s, SAR’s helpful
  • Background product knowledge of Aerospace, Aircraft, Military, Defense spare parts, components, metal assemblies, and electronic items is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
