Job Description:

                                                          Senior Programmatic Specialist

Our client, known in the community by leading the local sports world is interviewing qualified candidates to join their winning team as a Senior Programmatic Specialist.

The Senior Programmatic Specialist will be responsible for managing partner campaigns and performing daily optimizations to maximize profit and reach KPIs. Duties include overseeing campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results, trafficking routines, and daily client portfolio campaign maintenance (communication, campaign setup, troubleshooting, and reporting).

This person will contribute to prospective and new account workflows (pricing grids / written submission/ idea development and presentation / managing account transitions), and create documents to showcase performance that will provide in-depth analysis of results.


  • Proficient in multiple DSPs and extensive knowledge of the broader programmatic landscape.
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Experience collaborating with external teams (advertising/agency partners and vendors).
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and tactical implementation of different programmatic platforms.
