Job Description:
                                                                     Senior Recruiter – Remote

Our client, one of Wisconsin’s largest healthcare providers, is interviewing qualified candidates to join their Talent Acquisition team. This position is remote and full time.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and advising in the selection of senior level positions. This person will primarily source candidates for supervisory and middle management positions. This position will also include recruitment for director level roles. Positions will be both clinical and non-clinical in nature.

Duties include researching and analyzing market complexities to proactively develop recruitment strategies based upon trends and staffing needs. This person will consult with hiring leadership to identify and recommend hiring solutions for complex recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will be able to lead succession planning to ensure a pipeline of leaders to meet organizational strategies.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience – preferably with leadership positions
  • Excellent organizational, computer, oral and written skills.
