Responsibilities:
- Coordinate freight bookings and carrier availability (air, ocean, and trucking).
- Communicate with overseas offices, agents, and domestic carriers.
- Provide quotes and freight rate options to customers.
- Manage ISF filings and obtain required commercial/shipping documents.
- Collaborate with Customs Brokerage Division for compliance with imported goods.
- Open and manage shipments in CargoWise, including documentation and billing.
- Issue timely payments to carriers to ensure release of cargo.
- Provide proactive customer updates and resolve shipment issues.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with international logistics, Incoterms, and freight rates.
- Knowledge of domestic transportation and customs processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- CargoWise experience is a plus.
