Our client is a major manufacturer with strong roots in the Milwaukee marketplace. This company is interviewing candidates to join their team in the Customer Service Operations department as a Service Warranty Administrator.

The Service Warranty Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of warranty claims and document processing, requiring strong decision-making skills and interaction with various stakeholders. This position will require interaction with the dealer network and technical service teams. Interaction will be primarily via phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and responding to electronic inquiries from our dealer network.
  • Timely and accurate processing of recall entries.
  • Processing credit inquiries.
  • Direct follow-up with our dealer network.
  • Daily processing of warranty claims.
  • Assisting with any clerical needs as directed by Warranty Lead.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of auto/motorcycle manufacturing.
  • Experience with AS400 system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal  and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
