Customer Service Associate (part time)

Our client is an established, locally owned retail business in the Milwaukee area. This employer is currently interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as a Customer Service Associate on their administrative team. This is a part time position (3 to 4 days per week). Saturdays required. 
This person will be responsible for working with customers in the post-sale process. This includes setting up payment plans, delivery, and pick up. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. 


  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. 
  • Manage the post-sale process, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. 
  • Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods. 
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. 


  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Availability to work 3 to 4 days per week, including Saturdays. 
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
