Our client is an established, locally owned retail business in the Milwaukee area. This employer is currently interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as a Customer Service Associate on their administrative team. This is a part time position (3 to 4 days per week). Saturdays required.
This person will be responsible for working with customers in the post-sale process. This includes setting up payment plans, delivery, and pick up. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Manage the post-sale process, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 3 to 4 days per week, including Saturdays.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
